The SELLERLOGIC Platform provides services across 23 Amazon marketplaces, grouped into three primary regions: the European, Far East, and North America.
Within the SELLERLOGIC Platform, each marketplace represents a distinct Amazon domain (e.g., amazon.de for Germany), where sellers list and manage their products. Marketplaces are linked to individual countries and are fundamental for configuring services, retrieving data, processing product optimizations, sales analytics, and fulfillment monitoring.
Marketplaces are essential for configuring SELLERLOGIC services, as they define how product information is retrieved and processed.

When setting up SELLERLOGIC services, you define a region and select a home marketplace for each Amazon account you add. This configuration automatically enables all marketplaces within the selected region for integration with the desired SELLERLOGIC services – Repricer, Business Analytics, and/or Lost & Found.

SELLERLOGIC services and marketplace configuration
Repricer

SELLERLOGIC Repricer enables dynamic product optimizations across multiple Amazon accounts and marketplaces enabled for Repricer. A single Repricer subscription covers an unlimited number of Amazon accounts and their associated marketplaces. For more information about enabling a new Amazon account and marketplaces for Repricer, see Repricer | Setup.
Each individual marketplace can be enabled or disabled for Repricer at any time through the "Subscriptions” page (Subscriptions > Repricer). Enabled marketplaces are displayed within each Amazon account card, indicated by country flags.
Note: If a marketplace is disabled for Repricer, its products and related data will be hidden, and any ongoing product optimization will be paused (if previously active).
For more information, see General | Subscriptions | Repricer | Managing Amazon seller accounts.

Within Repricer "My products” table, you can filter your products by a specific marketplace and/or Amazon account with Repricer enabled, using the column header filters. Note that, on rare occasions, the same product SKU may appear in multiple marketplaces, which can affect how products are tracked or displayed.
Repricer "Dashboard” page offers a comprehensive view of order distribution over the past 14 days, showing separate insights for B2C and B2B sales across all enabled marketplaces.
Business Analytics

SELLERLOGIC Business Analytics offers an in-depth insight into sales performance and trends across all marketplaces linked to your Amazon accounts with Business Analytics enabled. Tip: If you have an active Repricer subscription, you can use Business Analytics in Freemium mode to access basic analytics for the same marketplaces covered by Repricer.
For full access to all analytical features, a dedicated Business Analytics subscription is required. A single Business Analytics subscription covers an unlimited number of Amazon accounts and marketplaces. This subscription unlocks complete functionality across all marketplaces belonging to the enabled Amazon accounts. For more information about enabling a new Amazon account and marketplaces for Business Analytics, see Business Analytics | Setup.
Unlike Repricer, individual marketplaces cannot be disabled independently. Instead, you can remove an entire Amazon account from the upcoming Business Analytics subscription — this change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle (Amazon seller account management > Business Analytics > Subscription details > "Include in next subscription” toggle switcher). For more information, see Business Analytics | Amazon seller account management | Manage subscriptions.
In Business Analytics, you can filter any data by one or more marketplaces and/or Amazon accounts via the page header settings. For more information, see Business Analytics | Page settings.
Lost & Found
SELLERLOGIC Lost & Found monitors Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes, identifying and reporting errors such as misplaced inventory and incorrect reimbursements within the marketplaces of the Amazon account enabled for Lost & Found.
Once an Amazon account is enabled for Lost & Found, all marketplaces associated with that account are automatically monitored. For more information about enabling a new Amazon account and marketplaces for Lost & Found, see Lost & Found | Setup.

Enabled marketplaces are shown as country flags within the corresponding Amazon account card on the "Subscriptions” page (Subscriptions > Lost & Found). Similar to Business Analytics, you cannot disable individual marketplaces for this service. Instead, the entire Amazon account can be disabled for Lost & Found, effective at the close of the billing period.
In Lost & Found, you can filter your cases by one or more marketplaces and/or Amazon accounts with Lost & Found enabled, using the corresponding column header filters. When managing product dimensions (Lost & Found > Dimensions > Product dimensions), you can also filter products by a specific marketplace and/or Amazon account. If a product is listed in multiple marketplaces within the same region, the system automatically links these marketplaces, allowing you to manage the product dimensions across all these marketplaces simultaneously. For more information, see Lost & Found | Dimensions | Unlink product marketplaces.
VAT settings

SELLERLOGIC provides a centralized VAT configuring interface, allowing you to set tax rates globally across all marketplaces or specify them individually per each Amazon account added to SELLERLOGIC. These settings are essential for correct VAT assignment in both Repricer and Business Analytics. For more information, see General | Settings menu | Global VAT settings.
Note: If VAT rates are manually assigned in Repricer (via product settings, bulk edit, or import), these will override the default settings defined on the "VAT settings" page for those specific products.
Home marketplace
The home marketplace of your Amazon account serves as the main access point for establishing communication between the SELLERLOGIC and Amazon systems via the Amazon API. By selecting the appropriate Amazon domain as the home marketplace, you ensure accurate data synchronization and reliable integration with all supported marketplaces connected to that account.

The home marketplace setting can be updated at any time by navigating to the “Amazon seller account management” page and adjusting the value under: Account information > Home marketplace. For more information, see General | Amazon seller account management | Account information.
