The “Operational dashboard” page provides an overview of any current issues that might impact the calculation accuracy or operational efficiency within Business Analytics. It's designed to help you quickly identify and resolve problems, ensuring smooth data integration and optimal performance.
To access the “Operational dashboard” page navigate to Business Analytics > Business Analytics navigation bar > Dashboard > Operational dashboard.
Calculation accuracy
The “Calculation accuracy” widget is used to monitor and address issues related to data accuracy and calculations. It shows a list of issues that require your attention, ensuring that your data is integrated correctly across all your Amazon seller accounts enabled for Business Analytics.
The widget is updated each time the “Operational dashboard” page is refreshed, reflecting the latest status of the issues.
Types of issues
Issues in the “Calculation accuracy” widget are prioritized from high to low, with the most critical issues displayed at the top. Each issue has a link in the “Action” column that will take you directly to the necessary page to resolve it.
High priority issues
These are critical issues that need your immediate attention as they could significantly affect your calculations:
- Cost of goods is not imported: The number of cases represents the number of products on a certain marketplace with missing “Cost of goods” values. Click “See details” to open the "Product costs" page filtered by missing “Cost of goods” values.
- VAT is not imported: The number of cases represents the number of products on a certain marketplace with missing “VAT” values. Click “See details” to open the "Product costs" page filtered by missing "VAT" values.
- FBM shipping costs are not imported: The number of cases represents the number of products on a certain marketplace with missing “FBM shipping costs” values. Click “See details” to open the "Product costs" page filtered by missing “FBM shipping costs” values.
- Other fees are not imported: The number of cases represents the number of products on a particular marketplace with missing “Other fees” values. Click “See details” to open the "Product costs" page filtered by missing “Other fees” values.
- Data reassembly: Indicates if a data reassembly process is currently in progress, with a value of “1” displayed during ongoing reassembly. Click “See details” to monitor the current status of the reassembly process.
- Historical data load: Displays the number of historical data sets that have not yet been loaded into Business Analytics. Click “See details” to review the progress and status of the historical data load.
Medium priority issues
These issues may cause disruptions but are not as critical as high-priority ones:
- Amazon Ads account is not connected: Indicates that no Amazon Ads account is linked to Business Analytics, with a value of “1” displayed when the connection is missing. Click “Connect” to initiate the setup and link your Amazon Ads account.
- Manual costs import is not synchronized with Repricer: The number of cases represents the number of products on a certain marketplace with no Repricer synchronization enabled. Click “See details” to open the "Product costs" page filtered by “No" value in the "Synchronize with Repricer” column.
Low priority issues
These are minor issues that don't need immediate attention but may be useful to address for overall accuracy and efficiency:
- Indirect costs are not imported: Highlights missing indirect costs in Business Analytics, with a value of “1” displayed when no costs are imported. Click “Import” to add the required indirect cost data.
