The “Notification center” page allows account administrators to manage email notifications sent to the users under their customer account. This page provides options to define recipients and determine the types of updates they want to receive.
To access the page navigate to SELLERLOGIC navigation bar | Gear icon > Notification center.

Manage notifications
The “Notification center” page displays all instances when email notifications are sent along with the list of recipients. Notifications are divided into two categories:
Lost & Found: Updates related to Lost & Found and Full-Service cases.
Sales optimization: Updates related to Lost & Found reimbursement potential.
The page allows account administrators to:
- enable or disable notifications: Check or uncheck the box next to the notification title to enable or disable it entirely;
- define recipients: Specify recipients by checking the box next to their name and email address.
Notification types
Mandatory notifications require at least one recipient to be selected. They include:
- “New cases were found”
- “Cases were expired”
- “Pending cases”
- “Customer action is required”
- “Case was closed successfully”
- “Case was not closed successfully”
- “Case was closed with fees”
- “Customer action required | Full service”
- “New inbound shipment cases were identified | Full service"
Optional notifications can be configured on the page but are not mandatory:
- “Lost & Found for Amazon - Reimbursement potential”
- “Cases were deleted”
Certain Lost & Found notifications include a "Case manager” option. The case manager is the user responsible for opening a case on Lost & Found. The "Case manager” recipient is pre-selected by default and cannot be disabled. This ensures that notifications related to that specific case are automatically sent to the assigned case manager user.
Save changes
To apply any changes made on the “Notification center” page, they need to be confirmed by clicking the “Save” button located at the lower-left corner of the page. The system will then validate all the changes provided and highlight mandatory notifications with missing recipients.
