The “Operational dashboard” page provides an overview of any current issues that might impact the calculation accuracy or operational efficiency within Business Analytics. It is designed to help you quickly identify and resolve problems, ensuring smooth data integration and optimal performance. The information on the dashboard and “Calculation accuracy” table is updated each time the page is refreshed, reflecting the latest status of the issues.
To access the “Operational dashboard” page, navigate to Business Analytics > Business Analytics navigation bar > Dashboard > Operational dashboard.

Dashboard
The dashboard displays three charts, representing issues' distribution graphically, to help draw attention to the overall state of calculation accuracy.

1. The “Calculation accuracy“ chart displays the score that indicates the percentage of filled-in information for accurate calculations. The fewer issues identified, the higher the percentage. Only the issues with “High”, “Medium”, and “Low” priority are used in the health calculation.
2. The “Issues distribution“ chart displays the number of issues summed up by their priority:
- High
- Medium
- Low
3. The “Non-prioritized issues“ chart displays the number of informational issues occurring. These issues are located in the “Calculation table“ with “Info” priority.
Calculation accuracy
The “Calculation accuracy” table is used to monitor and address issues related to data accuracy and calculations. It shows a list of issues that require your attention, ensuring that your data is integrated correctly across all your Amazon seller accounts enabled for Business Analytics.
Types of issues
Issues in the “Calculation accuracy” widget are prioritized from high to low, with the most critical issues displayed at the top. Each issue has a link in the “Action” column that will take you directly to the necessary page to resolve it.
