Product settings drawer

The Repricer product settings drawer is a centralized location for viewing and managing the detailed configurations of a product accessed from the “My products” page. It allows you to configure pricing, assign optimization strategies, and adjust product settings for both B2C and B2B offers. Additionally, your product settings can be transferred to one or multiple marketplaces included in your Repricer subscription.

Beyond editing a single product, the same configurations can be managed for multiple products using bulk actions, import, or auto-import operations. For more information, see:

Accessing the product settings drawer

  1. Navigate to Repricer > Products > My products.
  2. In the row-level action bar of the desired product, click the “Update” button (pencil icon).

Prerequisites

An active Repricer subscription and appropriate user permissions are required:

  • My products > List – to access the "My products” page
  • My products > View – to open the product settings drawer
  • My products > Manage – to edit product settings. For more information, see General | Manage user permissions.

1. Drawer header

The header of the product settings drawer displays the primary attributes of the product, including its image and title. From here, you can also access:

  • Marketplace switcher

Use the marketplace switcher to navigate between marketplaces where the product is listed. Product settings are displayed and managed separately for each marketplace, with the home marketplace highlighted by a house icon. When switching marketplaces, all changes made to the product settings are automatically saved for the currently opened marketplace. Info: The marketplace switcher displays only marketplaces where the product is listed and that are enabled in the current Repricer subscription.

  • Transfer button

Copy product settings from the current marketplace to other marketplaces within the same Amazon seller account. For more information, see Transfer product settings. Note: The button is disabled if the product is listed on only one marketplace.

The product info panel is located on the left side of the drawer and consolidates read-only product data, reflecting the information displayed in the "My products” table:

4.1. Quantity discount for B2B offers

The "Quantity discount” section allows you to define up to 5 discount rules based on the quantity of products purchased. To configure the rules, select a discount calculation method and click “Set prices” to populate the table:

Percent of business price – Reduces the price by a specified percentage from the base price. Required parameters:

  • Minimum quantity: The minimum number of products required to activate the discount.
  • % Off: The percentage reduction applied to the base price.
  • Price per unit: Displays the final price per product unit after applying the discount.

Fixed prices – Sets a specific discounted price per unit. Required parameters:

  • Minimum quantity: The minimum number of products required to activate the discount.
  • Price per unit: The exact discounted price per product unit.

Note: Discounts may result in prices below the “Min price”. The minimum price restricts only the B2B offer price, not the discount itself.

4.2. Optimization active

The “Optimization active” toggle indicates whether price optimization is currently enabled for the offer. Once enabled, the “Optimization template” field becomes available for further configuration:

  • “User defined”: A custom optimization strategy configured specifically for this offer. When selected, the optimization strategies selector becomes available for further configuration. For further information, see Repricer | Optimization strategies.
  • Strategy templates: Predefined optimization templates that can be applied across multiple products. Choose a template from the “Optimization template” dropdown, or create a new one by clicking the "Create optimization template” button (plus icon). Existing optimization templates can be viewed and managed on the "Strategy templates” page. To learn more, see Repricer | Strategy templates.

4.3. Create offer

If a product is listed on Amazon with only one offer type (either B2C or B2B), the settings for the missing offer type are locked and cannot be edited. You can add the missing offer type by clicking the "Create offer" button in the information block on the corresponding offer tab. Once created, all settings for the new offer type will be unlocked and available for configuration. For more information, see Repricer | My products | Create offer.

4.4. Reset product offer

The “Reset product offer” option becomes available when either the Repricer B2C or Repricer B2B service is disabled for the Amazon seller account associated with the product. It can be used when an active product offer encounters validation issues due to the settings of the disabled service.

When reset is enabled and saved, all Repricer data for the selected offer is removed. If the offer exists on Amazon, its settings are automatically re-synced within approximately two hours. Note: Only one offer type (B2C or B2B) can be reset at a time.

Transfer product settings

The transfer function allows you to copy product settings from the current marketplace to one or more other marketplaces for the same SKU within a single Amazon seller account. Existing settings in the destination marketplaces will be overwritten, except for non-transferable fields. Prices are automatically converted between marketplaces using ECB currency exchange rates.

How to transfer product settings:

  1. Ensure that all changes in the product settings drawer are saved before initiating the transfer. Only saved settings will be copied.
  2. Click the transfer button (node-expand icon) to open the “Product settings transfer” modal.
  3. Before executing the transfer, you are encouraged to review:
    • Non-transferable settings
      • Margin calculation
      • Amazon referral fees ( % )
      • VAT %
      • FBA fees/Shipment fee
      • Min price (if set to “Automatic”)
      • Max price (if set to “Automatic”)
    • Source marketplace: It is displayed in the "Origin settings marketplace” field. Note: This field is read-only and cannot be changed. To use a different source, switch marketplaces using the marketplace switcher first.
  4. Select one or multiple target marketplaces, or click “Select All” to copy settings to all available marketplaces.
  5. Click “Transfer" to copy your product settings.

Save changes

To apply any modifications made in the product settings drawer, click the “Save” button in the lower-right corner. The system will validate all inputs and highlight any fields with errors or missing data. Hover over the error icon to view details and resolve the issue.

When switching between marketplaces, any changes made to product settings are automatically saved for the currently opened marketplace.

To discard changes, click “Cancel” or click outside the drawer. A confirmation modal will appear to prevent accidental loss of unsaved changes.
