KPI widgets

Key performance indicator (KPI) widgets of the “Dashboard” page provide a summary of key performance metrics across four-period blocks located at the top of the page, reflecting the settings defined within the "Filters” panel of the sidebar menu. For more information, see Business Analytics | Dashboard | Sidebar menu.

By default, these blocks represent the following periods: “Today”, “Yesterday”, “Current Month”, and “Last Month” which can be customized according to your preferences.

Tip: To view the date and time of the latest update for widget data, hover over the info icon in a block header.

Widget overview

The KPI widgets display your sales data across key metrics located on the left and specific metrics located on the right side of the widget. You can interact with the values shown for the specific metrics by clicking them. In particular:

  • Order Items, Units, Promotion: If these metrics show values other than zero, they include links that open the “Orders” page in a new browser window. This page will show a pre-filtered table displaying only the entries contributing to these values. However, the “Promotion” metric will not include a link if the "Dashboard” page has the “Transaction view” selected within the "Filters” panel.
  • Refunds: If this metric shows a value other than zero, it includes a link that opens the “Transactions” page in a new browser window. This page will show a pre-filtered table displaying only the entries contributing to this value.
  • Margin and ROI: The values for these metrics act as buttons that, when clicked, open a modal window providing a detailed profit breakdown for the corresponding period.

Ads (PPC) metric

The value for the “Ads (PPC)” metric is available only if there is an active Business Analytics subscription and at least one Amazon Ads account activated for Business Analytics.

An Amazon Ads account can be connected by clicking on the “Amazon Ads account” link next to the “Ads (PPC)” metric in the chart legend. This action will redirect you to the “Amazon Ads account management" page for further account management. For more information, see SELLERLOGIC Platform | Amazon Ads account management.

Change widget period

All KPI widgets present data based on the settings defined within the "Filters” panel of the sidebar menu. However, the date range filter is ignored by the widgets, and you can manually customize widget periods according to your preferences.

To customize the period of a certain widget, click on the calendar icon at the top right corner to open the date range picker. Manually select a date range using the date picker or choose one from the list of presets. 

Note: Dates in the future or dates more than two years prior to the activation of Business Analytics are unavailable for selection.

Profit breakdown

To explore the details of the profit breakdown for a specific period, click on the three dots icon at the top right corner of the corresponding widget and select “Profit breakdown” from the dropdown menu.

This action will open a modal form that provides comprehensive data on the profit breakdown by metrics as described in Business Analytics | Metrics.
