The “Operational” tab on the “Dashboard” page provides a centralized view of current issues that may affect Repricer’s accuracy and operational efficiency. It serves as a diagnostic hub for monitoring repricing performance and data processing. 

The “Operational” tab reflects the current operational status of all Amazon seller accounts and marketplaces selected in the filter row. The filter row is shared with the “Dashboard” tab and allows you to scope the displayed data by Amazon seller account (or account group) and marketplace. For more information, see Repricer | Dashboard | Shared filter controls.

Tip: The data displayed on the “Operational” tab can be refreshed on demand using the “Refresh” button. The timestamp of the most recent data update is displayed in the “Last refresh date” field.

To access the “Operational” tab, navigate to Repricer > Repricer navigation bar > Dashboard > Operational.

Prerequisites: To access the Repricer “Operational” tab, ensure the following:

• Repricer is enabled for at least one Amazon seller account, and an active Repricer subscription is assigned. For more information, see Repricer | Setup.
• The required user permission is granted: Repricer > Dashboard > View. For more information, see General | User Management | Manage user permissions.

1. Issues distribution

The "Issues distribution” widget provides an aggregated overview of all detected Repricer issues, grouped by severity level. It helps to quickly assess the overall operational health of Repricer and prioritize corrective actions.

For each severity level, the widget displays the total number of detected issues and a horizontal bar visualization indicating the proportion of issues within each severity category relative to the total number of issues.

The widget categorizes issues into the following severity levels:

• High (red bar): Critical issues that may significantly impact operational performance and require immediate attention.
• Medium (orange bar): Issues that can noticeably affect repricing performance or data quality and should be reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Low (blue bar): Minor issues with limited operational impact, typically informational or related to optimization opportunities.

2. Issues table

The "Operational” table provides a detailed, issue-level breakdown of all detected Repricer issues in terms of B2C and B2B offers.

Each row in the table represents a specific issue type, describing a pricing, configuration, or performance-related condition detected across all Amazon seller accounts enabled for Repricer.

The table includes the following columns:

• Issue type: A descriptive label that explains the condition of the detected issue.
• Priority: The severity level assigned to the issue, indicating its potential impact on repricing accuracy or operation, displayed using color-coded labels: "High" (red), "Medium" (orange), or "Low” (blue). The column header provides "Ascending" and "Descending" sorting options and an inline filter (dropdown) that allows you to display issues for a selected severity level only. Clicking the funnel icon at the beginning of the header row resets the filter.
• B2C: The number of affected B2C product offers associated with the corresponding issue type. Clicking the value opens the "My products” page in a new browser tab with the table prefiltered to display only affected offers.
• B2B: The number of affected B2B product offers associated with the corresponding issue type. Clicking the value opens the "My products” page in a new browser tab with the table prefiltered to display only affected offers.

Note: The “Products at minimum price, margin >10 €, not in BuyBox” and “Products at minimum price, margin <10 €, not in BuyBox” use a currency-aware threshold: regardless of which Amazon marketplace a product belongs to, the 10 EUR threshold is automatically converted to the marketplace's local currency using current exchange rates. This ensures that results are consistent and accurate across all marketplaces — for example, a product listed on Amazon SE is evaluated against the equivalent threshold in Swedish Krona, not against a raw number.
