The “Auto export product settings” page allows you to schedule recurring export operations to automatically download product settings from Repricer. Exports can be configured to run at defined intervals and stored at dedicated URLs for retrieval. You can manage multiple export schedules by creating and customizing auto export settings.
To open the “Auto export product settings” page, navigate to Repricer navigation bar > Import / Export > Auto export settings.
Prerequisites:
To access the “Auto export product settings” page and manage the auto export of product settings, ensure the following:
- An active Repricer subscription on the Trial, Starter, or Advanced plan.
- The following user permissions are granted:
Repricer > Export Setting > List
Repricer > Export Setting > Save settings
For more information, see General | User Management | Manage user permissions.
1. Set up a new auto export
Follow these steps to create a new auto export setting:
Step 1. Click the “Add” button (plus icon) in the upper-left corner of the page to open the "Create auto export settings” modal.
Step 2. Configure the settings for a new auto export in the “Create auto export settings” modal as follows:

- Settings title: Enter a descriptive name to reference the auto export setting on the “Export product settings” page (optional).
- Template: Select a previously created export template from the dropdown list, or choose “Default (TXT)” to include all products and settings (selection required).
-
Export will run: Defines the scheduled intervals for the export. To restore the default period settings, click the “Reset” button. To modify the schedule, switch between the following tabs and adjust their settings accordingly (selection required):
- Minutes: Specify the minutes;
- Hours: Specify the hours or select “hourly”;
- Days: Specify days of the month or weekdays. Alternatively, select “Every day”;
- Month: Specify months or select “Every month”.
-
Advanced options: Customize export frequency within each scheduling tab. To set the advanced export frequency, open the corresponding tab (“Minutes”, “Hours”, “Days”, or “Month”), click on “Advanced options”, and use the radio button to select the frequency:
- Every: Run the export at a fixed interval (e.g., every 15 minutes) starting from the defined point;
- Every hour/month between … and …: Run the export within a specific time range.
Step 3. Once all the necessary settings have been configured, click “Save”. Once saved, the auto export becomes enabled by default, allowing the system to automatically generate exports according to the configured schedule.
The results of the executed auto export operations can be viewed on the “Export product settings” page. For more information, see Repricer | Export product settings.
2. Manage your auto export settings
The “Auto export product settings” page displays all auto export settings created by the users under your SELLERLOGIC account. Each auto export appears as a panel with the following details:
- Enabled/Disabled: A toggle indicating whether the auto export is active. Switch the toggle to enable or disable the execution of automatic export.
- Settings title: A custom name used to identify the auto export settings. If left empty, no title is shown.
- Export template: Displays the name of the export template applied.
- Export will run: Shows the scheduled frequency at which the export is executed.
- Export URL: Provides the unique URL for retrieving the latest export file. Info: Click the copy button to copy the URL to the clipboard. Each auto export setting has its own dedicated URL. When a new export file is generated, it overwrites the previous export file at the same URL. If the export file is not yet generated, the field displays the message: “A link to the export file will be here after export file is ready.”
2.1. Update auto export settings
To modify the configuration of the existing auto export, click the "Settings” button (gear icon) within the corresponding auto export panel and make all necessary changes in the “Update auto export settings” modal. The fields available in this form are identical to those in the "Create auto export settings" form.
2.2. Delete auto export settings
To remove the unnecessary auto export, click the “Delete” button (trash bin icon) within the corresponding auto export panel and confirm your action. This permanently removes the selected auto export from the system.
