The “Amazon automatic payouts” page is designed to automate payout requests on the Amazon marketplaces via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This feature allows you to schedule payouts to the designated payment method stored in Seller Central, ensuring timely financial transactions without manual intervention.

The page can be accessed via the following navigation path:

Prerequisites

To access the “Amazon automatic payouts” page and manage payout schedules, ensure the following:

• At least one Amazon seller account added to SELLERLOGIC with marketplace located in EU.
• The following permissions are granted
  • Administration > Amazon seller accounts > List
  • Administration > Amazon seller accounts > Manage

Dashboard

The “Amazon automatic payouts“ page displays all eligible marketplaces for payout on the particular Amazon Seller account. Each marketplace card contains information about the status of the last payout request, its date, and details of the payout schedule. To view the schedule for a different account, switch the account tab in the account tab bar below the page name.

Each card displays the following information: 

1. Marketplace icon.
2. The state of the schedule. Can be “Active“ or “Inactive“.
3. The status, the exact date, and time of the last payout request. The status is unique for each marketplace, even if the schedule settings are the same. 
4. Parameters of the schedule that are set on the “Schedule settings“ page.

Schedule settings

To set one or multiple schedules for a particular account, choose the account in the page header and press the “Schedule settings“ button.

Switch the “Enable payout” toggle on to make the current schedule active. When toggle is “On“, the status of the schedule will be set to “Active“ after schedule settings are saved.

Selected marketplaces

Select one or several marketplaces you would like to include in a payout schedule by pressing the “+” button on the “Available marketplaces“ list. To remove the marketplace from the schedule, press the “Trash bin“ icon located in the particular marketplace card in the “Selected marketplace“ section.

Note:

• One marketplace can be added only to a single schedule. 
• At least one marketplace should be selected. 

Set schedule

Select the “Guaranteed delivery“ checkbox to allow SELLERLOGIC to make a payout request multiple times during the scheduled time window. This option will ensure that if the payout request was unsuccessful, the SELLERLOGIC will make additional requests every 10 minutes within 1 chosen hour. 

If the checkbox is turned off, and the request during the chosen time window has been unsuccessful, further requests will occur every hour until the next scheduled request, but no longer than 23 hours to avoid overlaps with the next schedule. 

Example: if you set a schedule for a payout request at 8 AM and turn the “Guaranteed delivery“ on, and the first request at 8:00 AM is unsuccessful, the SELLRLOGIC will make requests every 10 minutes till 8:59 AM. If requests during the hour were unsuccessful, the marketplace block will display the request as “Failed“ with the corresponding reason, and you will receive an email notification. The next request will occur according to the schedule.

• “Time zone”: Choose the appropriate time zone from the dropdown to be applied to the scheduled payout period.
• "Specify time": Choose the specific hour of the day from the dropdown when the payout will be requested based on the selected time zone. If a payout request was successful, the next automatic request will be made not earlier than 24 hours after, according to Amazon's limitation of one payout per 24 hours. The same applies to requests made manually on Amazon. 

Select the periodicity of payout request: day of the month or the day of the week.

• “Specific day of month”: Check the specific days of the month when the payout will be requested. Check the “On the last day of the month“ box to ensure that payout will be requested on the last day of the month, no matter how many days are in the current month.
• “Specific day of week”: Check the specific days of the week when the payout will be requested. At least one day needs to be chosen. Selecting all 7 days of the week is not recommended due to the Amazon payment limitations of one request in 24 hours. 

Press “Save“ to apply changes or “Cancel“ to discard them.

Press the “Trash bin“ button left of the “Available marketplaces“ list to delete the schedule.

Additional schedules for the account

If you would like to create a different schedule for one or more marketplaces, press the “Copy“ button left of the “Available marketplaces“ list, and it will create a new schedule with the same schedule settings. To activate a new schedule, you need to turn the “Enable payout“ toggle on, choose one or more marketplaces, set a schedule, and press “Save”. 

Adding an already used marketplace to a new schedule will remove it from the schedule where it was used before, unless it is the last marketplace in that schedule.
