The products are synchronized every two hours. If two hours have already passed, please check the “Active Listings Report” within your Amazon Seller Central account.
Step by step guide
- Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
- In the navigation menu, select “Inventory” > “Inventory Reports”.
- Download the latest “Active Listings Report”.
- Search for the missing SKU within the report.
If the SKU is missing within the report, please contact Amazon Seller Support for assistance.
If the SKU is included in the report but hasn't appeared on Repricer after more than two hours, please contact SELLERLOGIC Support for further assistance.
